$30 flat travel fee for up to 10 miles traveled from my location to your location. Includes 2 stamps/signatures, additional stamps/signatures are $2 each. FEES DUE UPON ARRIVAL

Travel Fee is due upon arrival. Mileage over 10 miles will be billed at $1 per mile.

In the event that the Notary Public arrives and signers do not have acceptable forms of ID or unable to complete the execution of documents the minimum travel fee will be charged.

After hours fees apply. An additional $20 will be be charged for services after 7pm up to 9pm.

Special facilities include: Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Communities, Jails

If witnesses are required you will need to provide them. If I provide witnesses the fee will be $25 each.
